Character Artists

3D Character and creatures modelling in high and low level poly 2D texturing.

Requirements:

  • 3D modelling with 3DSMax (Maya or others won't be used in the development)
  • Excellent photoshop skills (for 2D textures)
  • Good English understanding (to read the documentation and guidelines)
  • Excellent skills in low and high poly modelling Using quads
  • Good knowledge of Normal maps technology
  • Good knowledge in skinning characters
  • Good notions of anatomy
  • Used to respect the designs and concept arts
  • Respect of the task schedule
  • A passion for video games and fantasy universes

Experience required :

3 years of professional full time game industry experience as a 3D artist
At least one finished game
At least 2 years in an art school

Special effects specialized artists

Create particle effects that simulate explosions, smoke, fire, steam, fog, flowing water, etc.

Create organic/fantasy magic effects that combine particles and 3D mesh animations 2D texturing

Requirements:

  • 3D modelling with 3DSMax (Maya or others won't be used in the development)
  • Excellent photoshop skills (for 2D textures)
  • Good English understanding (to read the documentation and guidelines)
  • Experience in SFX creation and particles systems
  • Being able to create SFX in harmony with the universe and the spell casting animations
  • Team focused methodology (will have to work with level designers, other artists and even developers)
  • Respect the designs and concept arts
  • Respect of the task schedule
  • A passion for video games and fantasy universes
